PICK-UP & DELIVERY INFORMATION

We bake Monday through Friday. We do not have a retail shop.

Orders must be made in advance

Orders must be placed by 15:00/3pm the day before at the latest,

but can be ordered anytime before that for a specific day.

Pick-up:

• No minimum order

• 12:00-21:00 at our hostel The Beehive, near Termini station

Delivery Fees:

• €7,50 within 5km, orders up to €49 

• €5 within 5km, orders €50-€99

• Free delivery within 7km, orders €100+

• For deliveries outside 7km and/or under €100 outside of our radius,                                                            please contact us to request the delivery fee

Delivery times:

• Standard delivery time: 11:30 to 14:30

       (The system lets you select a specific time, but we cannot guarantee exact timing.)

• Someone must be available to receive and pay for the order during the window.

• For delivery outside 11:30 to 14:30, we can deliver within another 3-hour window between 11:30 and 18:00, but you must request this before your delivery day.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations must be made by 15:00/3pm the day before pick-up or delivery.
Because everything is baked to order, late cancellations must be paid for.
