PICK-UP & DELIVERY INFORMATION

We bake Monday through Friday. We don't have a shop - it's a bagel producing kitchen so orders must be made in advance -  the general rule is by 15:00 the day before. We will notify you if we are unable to make your order the next day and let you know the next available day. 

 

Pick-up: There is no minimum order for pick-ups. Pick-up takes place from 11:00-21:00 at our hostel The Beehive located near Termini station.

Delivery Fees:

• €7,50 within a 5km radius, orders up to €49 

• €5 within a 5km radius, orders €50-€99

• Free delivery within a 7km radius, orders €100+

Delivery times: The delivery window is between 11:30 and 14:30 despite what it says on the order form which allows a specific time to be chosen. We cannot guarantee a specific time. Therefore, someone must be available to receive and pay for the order during those hours. If you require delivery outside of these hours, deliveries can be made within another 3 hour window from 11:30 to 18:00 but you'll need let us know before your day of delivery.

Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your order, we need to know by 15:00/3pm the day before your order is due to be picked up/delivered. Since we are not a shop we make everything by advance order. Therefore, please note that payment is due for late cancellations.
