PICK-UP & DELIVERY INFORMATION

We don't have a shop so orders must be made in advance -  the general rule is by 15:00 the day before. We will notify you if we are unable to make your order the next day and let you know the next available day. 

 

Pick-up: There is no minimum order for pick-ups. Pick-up takes place from 11:00-21:00 at our hostel The Beehive located near Termini station.

Delivery Fees:

• €7,50 within a 7km radius, €12 minimum order

• €5 within a 7km radius, orders €50-€99

• Free delivery within a 7km radius, orders €100+

Delivery times: The delivery window is between 11:30 and 13:30 despite what it says on the order form which allows a specific time to be chosen. We cannot guarantee a specific time. Therefore, someone must be available to receive and pay for the order during those hours. If you require delivery outside of these hours, deliveries can be made within a 2 hour window up to 18:00 but you'll need let us know before your day of delivery.

Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your order, we need to know by 15:00/3pm the day before your order is due to be picked up/delivered. Since we are not a shop we make everything by advance order. Therefore, please note that payment is due for late cancellations.
